Welcome to: INNER RHYTHM 🌀

Through cacao, breathwork & an immersive sound experience, we create space to soften the body, quiet the mind and offer ourselves deeper nourishment.

Inner Rhythm is an invitation to slow down, rest more deeply & tend to what’s beneath the surface.

Together we’ll slow things down, reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence and create the support you need during whatever season you find yourself in.

What to Expect:

🌀🌬️ Cacao ceremony to ground you into the space. Cacao is a beautiful medicine also knows as HEART MEDICINE which works with your physical & energetic heart, helping you to feel more openness, love, compassion & clarity

🌀🌬️A guided breathwork practice designed to help you ground the nervous system

🌀🌬️ An immersive sound experience using crystal bowls, chimes, drums, flutes and other therapeutic instruments to support emotional release & deeper coherence between heart and brain

🌀🌬️ A slow, intentional pace that allows your body and mind to unwind without pressure or performance

🌀🌬️ Space to disconnect from external noise & reconnect with your inner rhythm

🌀🌬️A sense of grounding, clarity and ease that often carries beyond the session

This gathering is supportive and accessible for all levels - no prior experience with breathwork or sound is needed. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are.

We look forward to welcoming you ❤️‍🔥

I want to express that I honour the physical benefits of lymphatic massage: it supports circulation, reduces inflammation & releases toxins from our body. your lymphatic system is so intelligent and truly plays a vital role in your health

however, this work has never been just about that..

because there is another layer of what happens when someone finally has the space to slow down their thoughts, be touched with intention and breathe a bit more deeply.

the body doesn’t want to be fixed,
it simply just wants to be heard & tended to

Sound & Soma sessions weave together lymphatic bodywork & the subtle yet powerful medicine of sound frequencies: they were created with the intention to offer nourishment for your physical•emotional•mental & energetic bodies.

I love this work so much. I see what it does for the people who come to see me & it honestly touches me very deeply.

our body is the home we get to experience this life through & it deserves the utmost care 🫂

my dm’s are open for any of your questions about the Sound & Soma sessions

with love,

Alicia 🌞 by @_aliciasol

Working with the body has been something I have always been drawn to do, and so I knew that when the timing was right, this would be another way I could show up for those who feel they need it.

I am so grateful to share bodywork x lymphatic drainage massage with you 🌀

the lymphatic system is wildly fascinating & something that I feel so passionate about is working closely with both the lymphatic & nervous system: they’re interconnected.

to go a little deeper…

think of your lymphatic system like a drainage & cleaning system, like the body’s plumbing that removes waste, toxins and any buildup. the nervous system influences whether our body prioritizes survival or restoration, & lymphatic flow is significantly more efficient when our body is in a state of restoration

A tense, overworked nervous system = stagnation in the lymphatic system

if there’s something that always brings me back to my center, it’s when I receive bodywork myself. our bodies hold onto soo much and they truly deserve tender love n’ care!

these sessions are gentle yet they go really deep.

many reflections as of lately..

one reflection i’ve been sitting with often recently is the adventure & travel that life has gifted me with in the last 4 years but especially where ive been in the last 6 months; places I always wished to experience but honestly never knew how I would. I don’t take my life and what God continues to bless me with for granted and I know in my heart how much of a privilege it is to travel. there are times we’re i’m brought to tears when I think about what I have been able to see with my very eyes and the moments i’ve been able to live. traveling has opened me up in ways I would have never imagined… it’s given me confidence i’ve never had & trust in myself, knowing what i’m capable to do. ive grown thicker skin because of it; traveling has stretched me in more ways than one. seeing the amazing places i’ve been to shows me what is in fact available for me: there is a whole other life outside of my home country, and I understand the magnitude of this… I have met some of the most beautiful people during my travels who I consider earth angels. today walking through the piazza I was watching two men playing the spanish guitar and singing with so much love & life radiating from them and I was just so moved by it. I feel the most gratitude and appreciation for life and each moment that I am given on this earth.

sometimes im left speechless. i think about where ive been, where im going, the people i’ve met along the way, and who i’ve had to become to be the woman here today writing these words. if my little self could see me now i know she’d think I was the coolest person on the planet.

i love you life, thank you. by @_aliciasol

for this years plant medicine ceremony we had people fly into Toronto from Mexico, Spain & Vancouver; strangers turned into family. thank you all for your trust. I’m feeling so much gratitude for the mystery of life & all of its teachings. thank you to the benevolent plant spirits that illuminate our hearts. thank you familia, I love each of you dearly.

de México a Canadá 🫶🏼 mis chicas.

i love being a woman

post plant medicine journey: lymphatic bodywork with a beautiful view.

it is truly an honour to hold space for you.

thank you to this sacred land and all the souls that came before us.

appreciate those people who see beyond what you are on the outside and remind you of your strengths, your gifts & what you are capable of. by @_aliciasol

i’ve been sitting with my relationship to charging for my work and truly, sometimes it still feels icky. but I’m learning that receiving isn’t something to feel guilty about. there is an exchange happening and we as service providers & space holders are allowed to honour that truth ❤️‍🔥

the space we hold, the safety we create, the energy, time + presence we bring to others have value.

asking for an exchange doesn’t make the medicine we provide any less sacred..

if you have ever supported me, come to any of ceremonies or gatherings: THANK YOU 🫶🏼♥️ by @_aliciasol

this is a long one. I have thought of sharing this in parts and then I said nah.. this wants to come through in this way and whoever stays to listen is supposed to.

this is a pretty vulnerable share about my journey of celibacy (I feel like I want to throw up at the thought that this is going to be posted)

I’ve sat with the idea of sharing this for awhile.
I have been seeing more & more people share about their journey of celibacy and it’s always felt so empowering to hear their stories. mine wanted to be shared, too.

everyone has their own views and opinions about celibacy.

for me, it was an invite to meet myself deeper and quit trying to reach for love, validation & attention from the outside.

I didn’t want lust to control my decisions anymore.

during this process, I have never felt such an appreciation & understanding for my temple and how sacred my energy truly is.

it has been a time of unraveling, shedding, and lots of moments of needing to sit through the sting of embarrassment… until I was able to come through to the other side & feel love, acceptance & deeper understanding of my journey and my choices.

side note: if you feel uncomfortable with the word s e x, or conversations around s e x, then I invite you to explore why that is. by @_aliciasol

if my soul could tell my story, perhaps it would say …

she is deeply feeling
& deeply curious

she experiences life through her heart first.

she has spent a lot of time seeking: through travel, relationships & self-exploration

she has an unusually strong desire to understand the deeper meaning behind things.

she is moved by nature. music. symbolism. beauty.

she questions her own beliefs.
she will say “is this authentic? or am I performing?”

she has known both the temptation to avoid herself & the courage it takes to turn inward anyway.

she is someone who is hungry for a life that feels alive

she doesn’t care for a “job”
she wants her work to mean something.

she craves intimacy within relationships, life & existence itself.

she is both the river & the mountain.
she repeatedly returns to movement, sound, water, ritual, nature, the body: this is where her feminine current thrives.

there is a very tender place around belonging: she is deeply longing to feel at home. somewhere to rest. to soften.

her biggest gift is one of her biggest challenges: her deep feelings.

loss can feel enormous at times.
a sunset is not just a sunset.
a connection with someone is not just a connection.
Everything has meaning.

she is learning to not be a slave to her experiences.

she is a woman who has learned how to hold a very big heart without abandoning herself. by @_aliciasol

May 2, 2026: day 1 of walking El Camino de Santiago, starting in the Pyrenees mountains in France. when people ask me “what made you do something like this?!”
I truly don’t even know.
I respond with “it was something I just knew I had to do” and I am so thankful that I chose to have this experience.

June 6, 2026: arrived to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Spain. but it’s not over yet..

June 8, 2026: the walk to “the end of
the world” (Finisterre) begins - another 5 days of walking in Spain to get to the ocean.

40 days of walking.
approximately 870 km.
surrounded by nature all day, every day.
your senses are being introduced to new sounds, sights, landscapes.
the body is being used in the way it was designed to. human connection. less food. sleeping early & waking up before the sun. 10+ hours a day without screen time. connecting with something bigger than yourself, & at the same time, connecting deeper with parts of you..

there were many days where I questioned my decision, the strength of my body, the perseverance of my mind… and even still, there was always “something” giving me the energy & the will to keep moving forward… my body was very tired, but my heart was the happiest. day after day, you keep putting one foot in front of the other.

since being back home, friends & family have been asking “how was your trip?” and the first thing I say is, it wasn’t just a “trip”.. el camino was a journey… a journey of simplicity, trust, God, community, solitude, clarity, uninterrupted space to observe my own patterns, & sometimes a journey of grief which was an opportunity to fully accept and love those parts of myself that were ready to be put to rest & be released.

this has been the most beautiful & profound journey that has touched me very deeply. every meaningful moment, conversation & connection is etched into my memory and my being, forever.

thank you to the spirit of El Camino.
thank you LIFE.
thank you to all the teachers I met along the path disguised as companions who were actually just reflections of me… teaching me more about myself. by @_aliciasol

snippets of the last few months:

moments of ceremony, being in service, & nights out with my close people (eating good food & dancing to music for the soul)

from september until now it has been abundant, fruitful, expansive, planting new seeds, & also moments of contraction, hard lessons, solitude, shedding..

I have been quiet on here for awhile, and it’s not by accident. some seasons are truly meant for you and God only. my prayer every day is: God, use me a vessel. I want to grow, move forward & live a life that honours you.

what im learning is this desire for wholeness is not outside of us.. outside of me.. it’s essentially deepening the relationship I have with myself & everything around me. “how does God want to experience itself through me?”

the mission these days is showing up for myself in ways that feel true.

lately I haven’t had many words. I will leave it with this..

the world seems to be on fire right now & I believe the way we “save” the world is by cleaning up our own “stuff”, our own frequency and energy. let this be our reminder to continue growing towards God and coming home to ourselves.

it all starts with you.

picking up your pen and letting things flow without judgment & pressure is one of the most liberating feelings, ever.

you can totally feel the difference between when you are forcing something vs. when it comes naturally - lately I have been feeling so in the flow after some time of not feeling creative at all - I felt the call to share this today for anyone who might also be getting their creative spark back

because the truth is that sometimes it feels like it leaves us; & when it comes back, something awakens inside of us

we were born from the Creator,
therefore we are meant to create.
it doesn’t need to look a certain way,
the important thing is how we *feel* when we are creating

I encourage you to seek the ways the creator inside of you wishes to express.

here is something about me: one thing that I have moved through is my preference of not being seen

& I believe more people than we think also feel the same way -

there is something that runs very deep which makes us feel so much resistance to show up as our fullest self, and so we hide

this belief that i’m safer if I hide so that I don’t have to be seen is something i’ve convinced myself of along the way.

it was formed by those times when I may have been judged or misunderstood by others, and possibly it was from many life times ago when my gifts were silenced

…. however each time I ask my higher self to use me as a vessel, I receive the inspiration to speak, to use my voice, to share my experiences

I realize these are old beliefs that need a new story.

the new story involves showing up in my (your) full authentic power and using the gifts God gave me (you)

this message is not for just me, but it is also for You. for anyone who feels their soul calling and asking them to share more of what is on their heart

it starts with following one thing that feels right and then keep following right-feeling things

I wish to see more & more people stepping into their light ❤️‍🔥🌞 by @_aliciasol
