OK to make it simple when it comes to the supplements I take!!
First thing in the morning unusual before I eat,
My Rep Nation fat burner and my skinny detox (just one of each, I take the skinny detox because it keeps me regular even when I’m not doing a full 14 day cleanse)
then when I eat breakfast, I take my vitamin D K2 this is a must like without question especially in the winter.
I mix my EAA‘s (my favorite is the peach flavor) and my carnitine (fruit punch) with my water and then I’m off for the day. For lunch, I tried to at least get a scoop of my super greens because I’m not eating vegetables like I need to. So this gives me everything I need. and don’t get me wrong. I try to take all my vitamins, like my hormone balancer and fish oil, but I’d be forgetting those sometimes. But at night time I take the nighttime fat burner, which gives me the best sleep in my life, but also makes me wake up feeling energized.
Now because I’m not as consistent in the gym and because I’m on the go and not always eating as healthy, this is what keeps me ALL THE WAY TOGETHER!!! I am also on a list of peptides like Nad+, Glutathione.. the Glo Stack! I also make sure my blood work is done every year so that I’m always understanding what’s happening inside my body.
