A few things we need to establish here. 1. If you use the ā€œAckland studyā€ to try and ā€œproveā€ you can bias divisions of the lats Iā€™ll punt you because we have a study that did their own tendon excursions and then did EMG looking at leverage vs activation and found ZERO correlation. Meaning, they did their own internal moment arm measurements and then looked at lat activation during extension and adduction and there was no relationship between internal leverage and activation. 2. IF you say ā€œyou can bias you just canā€™t isolateā€ Iā€™ll punt you. You canā€™t ā€œisolateā€ anything. No one said shit about isolating. We do know that regional hypertrophy exists and see it in lots of studies. This can happen due to load at the proximal or distal joint or even the resistance profile. But the effects are going to be small. Biasing a whole DIVISION is something different all together. 3. You can bias different division of the pecs because they have different component functions. The upper pecs = flexors costal pecs = extensors anterior delt = flexors lateral delt = abduction rear delt = extensors and horizontal abduction upper and lower glutes = upper does extension, abduction and external rotation lower only does hip extension OR they have completely different origins and insertions - internal and external tibial rotation = biasing different heads of the gastroc same for hamstrings with the long and short head vs semiā€™s The WHOLE LAT does the SAME THING. Yes it has different origins however thereā€™s no division of the lat that does something different than the other divisions do. The whole lat does - adduction extension assists in internal rotation and lateral flexion You wanna know how to build big lats???? Do pulldowns, chin ups, pull ups, and lat based rows Use different grips for variation to break up monotony.

The beautiful @chanel.beauty Holiday Makeup Collection features embossed ski-resort motifs and comes presented in adorable white fuzzy pouches. -Neige Dā€™Or Oversized Illuminating Powder ā€” A beautiful baked powder highlighter with a natural golden tone rather than a stark white base, true to its name, which translates to ā€œgolden snow.ā€ Itā€™s quite shimmery without being chunky or overly glittery. While I personally love a more glittery finish for the holidays, this one is versatile enough to wear every day, too. ā€¢ Joues Contraste Intense Cream-to-Powder Blush in Mont Rose ā€” Iā€™m loving this formula! The beautiful neutral pink shade has a satin finish and complements the eyeshadow quad perfectly. It adds just the right amount of color while keeping the overall look elegant and harmonious. ā€¢ Les 4 Ombres in 39 OmbrĆ© dā€™Or ā€” A predominantly cool-toned quad that can also create a more neutral look depending on which shimmer shades you choose. The formula performs beautifully, with great color payoff, easy blending, and impressive longevity. ā€¢ Rouge Coco Hydra Gloss Set ā€” 462 Givre, 464 Ɖtincelle & 817 Aura ā€” I absolutely love this set! All three shades complement the eyes and blush beautifully, and Iā€™m so happy to add these gems to my collection. ā€¢ 31 Le Rouge Satin Lipstick in Rose EnchantĆ© ā€” A gorgeous neutral shade that leans slightly warm, with delicate pink shimmer. It ties the entire look together beautifully, and Iā€™m particularly fond of this shade! ā€¢ Le Liner de Chanel in 554 Ɖclat DorĆ© ā€” Iā€™m in love with this golden shade! I already appreciate this formula, and I especially love that it delivers an opaque finish rather than a sheer wash of color. Applying it to the inner corners of the eyes is my favorite way to add a little extra holiday sparkle. And the best part? It stays put all day long! Overall, this is probably my favorite holiday makeup release this year, alongside Tom Ford Soleil Neige and Chantecaille Bijoux dā€™Or. Chanel has done it again with beautiful color stories, gorgeous textures, and perfectly balanced finishes. @beauty_lux_e #beauty_lux_e . #chanelmakeupholidaycollection #chanelholidaymakeup @welovecoco
