✨ REAL GIRLS ROCK | HER SPOTLIGHT ✨
This Black History Month, we proudly honor Shante Paige Entertainment Executive Producer, Director & Author — a visionary leader whose work spans music, television, film, leadership and culture.
A Howard University graduate and former Senior Vice President of A&R at Universal/Motown Records, Shanté helped guide artists who collectively sold over 65 million albums — playing a pivotal role in revitalizing one of music’s most iconic labels. Under the guidance of Kedar Massenburg, the visionary behind the Neo-Classic Soul movement, she helped shape and guide the careers of groundbreaking Motown artists who defined an era and reshaped contemporary R&B.
When she transitioned into television and film, it wasn’t easy. Her music executive experience didn’t automatically transfer. She had to rebuild — creating and producing her own original content to demonstrate her skills behind the camera.
Through persistence, discipline, and vision, she went on to executive-produce and develop content for NBC, BET, VH1, ESPN, Fuse TV, WeTV, Tyler Perry Studios, Allen Media Group, and more — leaving her fingerprints across culture and media.
Today, through She’s A Movement Media Group, she continues to lead with purpose — creating, mentoring, directing, coaching and building legacy through impact.
This is resilience.
This is reinvention.
This is Black excellence in motion.
Real Girls Rock… and her story is proof. 🖤❤️🤍
