3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Cappelletti
3 dashes Orange bitters
Pinch of Salt
187ml bottle of Prosecco

Directions :

Combine
Blend with ice and a pinch of salt
Top with Prosecco
