Huge thanks to @ras_nsw , the judges, and the entire RAS support team for such an incredible experience!

I am good at recognizing patterns, was TEMPTED by the trends, and I could make Matcha ice cream in my sleep but competitions like this are where I get to flex the real craft.

I’m here to innovate and make flavours people didn’t know they wanted… until they taste them. Im so glad I stuck with my instincts and was brave enough to enter this flavour.

2019 Event Horizon is inspired by first ever images captured of a Black hole by the 2019 Event horizon telescope…Not trending. But engineered for excellence.

A special thank you to my mentors and coaches and everyone who cheered for me, who came to every new flavour launch in store, and followed my journey with ice cream. I felt you and your support means so much to me.

All my Aloha 🌸
Linda
