The best doggies treats are in Coogee!!

What a treat to spend the day with Chef Bowie and Luna supporting a passionate small business that loves dogs!

Loki is very happy I made the trip for him. 🐶🤎

This man worked for NASA, but more importantly, he became my dad when I was seven.

By the time we met, he’d left NASA to chase a different life. I’ve never known such a strong man, someone with the patience of a monk through all the storms I threw at him as a challenging teenager.

It was through his eyes that I fell in love with the stars. Everything that has ever inspired me came from him. He was my champion and my cheerleader through every adventure. And yes, we had a battle cry for ice cream time.🍦💪🏽

Wish he was here to see what comes next.

Happy Fathers Day to all the dads, but especially to the stepdads: your gift to the universe is a reserved seat in heaven and deserves a flavor named after you . ✨❤️✨

A reminder to love hard:

The true treasures in my life are the people who feel like home…no time or oceans can come between us.

I just knew from the moment we met at flight attendant training that we would be friends forever. 💕

So many memories…You’ve held my hair back after one too many tequila shots, we danced in nightclubs all around the US on our layovers, and you held my hand when we saw the very first heartbeat of my firstborn child. All the ups and downs of life have never torn us apart.

Looking back, I feel so happy and grateful for this kind of friendship. It’s rare and it’s to be treasured and celebrated. Thank you for indulging me and going back to the painted ladies and relieving that photo 😝💖

Looking forward to many more lifetimes with you. Eu te adoro Brucie. ✈️💙

Where do my ideas come from?

CURIOSITY

(...or obsession. 🤓)
People think I spend my days eating ice cream and desserts to dream up new flavours.

Reality?

I collect flavour profiles.

Honestly, one of my favourite parts of being an ice cream creator is spending hours wandering international supermarkets, hunting for ingredients I’ve never worked with before.

Spices I’d never even heard of.

Different varieties of cinnamon.
Smoked chillies.
Exotic fruits.
Traditional Mexican ingredients.

Every aisle has me thinking...

“I wonder what that would taste like with dairy?” Not every ingredient belongs in ice cream.

But every ingredient TEACHES me something.

The best flavours aren’t invented. They’re discovered.
I’d love to know: Would you try a spicy ice cream?🌶️🔥 by @linda___gregory
