Yoga is not about how poses look. Asana is not for aesthetics. However, it is still fun to play around with shapes and feelings and be creative in a playful way that may not be a traditional practice. A challenge within your own limits (and sometimes outside) is healthy. We will all look different when we get "there", and maybe it's not for us or not for that moment.

Trying something new or difficult presents an opportunity to immerse yourself fully in the moment, and become present with yourself. Sometimes, time seems to stop completely or fly by fast, as your mind enters a meditative flow state and the clock no longer matters. Even with the distraction of a camera, there are so many things to concentrate on at once lighting up my brain in this pose, that it sometimes fades away and doesnt exist. Maybe it's not a new yoga pose with an online crew, but something else you choose to challenge yourself with today. Let me know if you did❣️

Tips:
📍Camera mid-thigh level
📍From slight squat, lift arm up, twist & add mudra
📍Bring same leg as top arm into figure 4 with foot behind opposite knee
📍Grab figure 4 foot, bottom shoulder internally rotated, elbow bent towards camera
📍Gaze down, lean forward, lift onto tippy toes
📍Focus on top arm reaching behind vou and fingers
📍Most of all, have fun and make it your own!
