13 days until I fly to Turkey with @tkchealth.tr for my deviated septum surgery ✈️🇹🇷
I’ll be honest… I’ve gone down a full TikTok rabbit hole watching recovery videos and now I’m slightly panicking about the pain 😅 Everyone makes it look brutal!
The strange thing is, I’ve had nose surgery before (twice!) and I genuinely don’t remember it hurting that much… but that was 14 years ago, so maybe I’ve just forgotten the reality 🙈
This surgery isn’t just cosmetic — my breathing has got worse over the years and I get constant sinus issues, so I’m really hoping this finally fixes it 🤞
Trying to focus on the end result… better breathing, better sleep, and hopefully feeling like myself again 💛

I would be so interested in finding out how it goes after surgery for you. I had a tumour and nearly two years ago had surgery through nose and wow my nose is painful, deformed, daily nose bleeds blocked etc
