Swamp puppies were out! Counted over 20 gators in a short kayak route to get some content for @swamp_gear on Bayou Cane that flows into Lake Pontchartrain. I made it to the mouth of the bayou and was greeted by a 15’ beast that slid into the water as I rounded the last corner of the bayou. Thought about continuing to the lake and quickly decided to turn around instead. Easily could have been a plate lunch for this big guy 🐊 gator don’t play
