A vidite, on (prim.aut. I on na ovim izborima nema izlaza", ističe Čupić. Opširnije na 👉 n1info.rs
OK. I know this looks like an #NWA - but technically this one is from ages ago. So more WA than NWA. This is the SERICA 5303-1, with a Destro spin. I ordered this watch in May but it only arrived last week. In true Gallic style, I guess it needed an 8 week summer holiday on its way to me… But I was happy to wait because… well, just look at it. 300m water resistance, antimagnetic, one of the very best bracelets and bezel actions on the market, let alone at this price point, and so well designed that the brand is happy to relegate its own name to the sub-text at 6. Amazing. And apparently, the Destro has now been discontinued so it’s feasible that this was even the last one off the production line. Either way, huge thanks to @andrew_mcutchen @gingerwatchguy @craigontime Abraham and the one and only James at @timetideshopuk - you guys are the best! 🙏🏼 ⌚️ @sericawatches 5303-1 📸 @leicauk Q2 #sericawatches #divewatch #solidcaseback #thatwatchpodcast
It has been a wild few days. 🫨 Friday night we took Amanda in an ambulance to the ER & learned she experienced a small stroke affecting her thalamus & mid brain, leaving her with double vision, vertigo & balance issues. We’d love to hear from you if you’ve experienced something similar and can provide us with some hope & encouragement! She is still in the hospital & they’re still running tests, determining if she’ll need rehab before going home, etc. We can also use any help we can get as Amanda navigates recovery. As many know, she lives alone here in the city on a 4th floor walk up, working in the world of freelance, still recovering from June’s broken foot + concussion all while caring for her two fur babies. 🐾 She will be out of work for some time. Her Venmo is @Amanda-Greer if anyone would like to send her anything that could help. ♥️

The Top Things I Refuse to do as a Coach 🚫 . 1. I will never push a laundry list or cookie cutter list of PEDs. Every client is different in their journey. Not EVERYONE needs even needs PEDs. 2. I will never slash all your calories just to get the scale to move. Especially when we are trying to fix your metabolism, the last thing we need to do is tank it. I will guide you through the hard parts because it’s a marathon not a sprint. 3. Trust me, you won’t ever hear me say you can’t have a brownie. Throughout a clients journey, there are a time and place for “cheat meals”. It doesn’t mean we can enjoy them daily, but you don’t have to give them up forever. I focus on a balanced meal plan with variety so you can enjoy foods you love, without being miserable. 4. I won’t tell you what you want to hear, I tell you what you NEED to hear. If you’re slacking, I tell you. If you can’t stay on track, we have a talk. You don’t just hire me to get results, I give you the plan and accountability, you have to do the work. 5. I will never let a client set an unrealistic timeline for a goal. I have declined working with clients for bodybuilding shows when they come to me and say they want to do a show in 8 weeks, but they clearly have more body fat to lose. I’m not the coach for everyone. But I promise you, that I give a shit about you and your health. My coaching isn’t a copy & paste plan, it’s a program designed to help you individually reach your goals and build that confidence that truly makes you feel unstoppable.
