The cars were gorgeous, of course. But the best part of The Oberoi Concours d’Elegance (@theoberoiconcours) was being around people who know such a lot and care so very much about a thing. Chats about leathers and number plates and knobs and dials and backseat bars and chessboards and a Maharaja who wouldn't trade his wheels for anything less than the Kohinoor... Worse ways to spend a weekend.
