In preparing a living space, forging trails, and clearing debris, there have been many twigs, branches, and old stumps given to the fire 🔥
With each gift to the fire, I say a prayer, thanking the tree / plant / life for all that it was and still is.
We cut down minimal trees, all of which were rotting or not thriving. We ask permission, share our want for its use, and promise to protect the others around it. ❤️🔥
