She is in her ovulatory phase currently 😉 and as such brings with her a refined and charged energy, a pull towards community, and an embodied sense of flow ☺️ we honor this by gathering, reflecting, releasing, all for our collective growth!

Find a cozy spot, maybe take a trip outdoors, bring a nice fun drink, a journal and a pen, and an open heart, ready to be seen and hold space for your sisters to your own capacity 🦋

💧 Sacral and Sacred 💧 was 🌀 juicy • playful • abundant • wholesome • in flow • supportive • embodied • explorative • trusting • comforting • expansive • connecting • sensual • magical 🌀

We had an amazing group of women join us this year, and amazing souls participate in leading workshops and holding space. Our time together consisted of more than body art, yoga, dancing, and practices - it consisted of chatting with the comfort of knowing the women around you were not only -not- judging you, they were wholeheartedly holding and supporting you. It consisted of learning to listen to our bodies even just a little bit more, of honoring the creativity that wishes to pour from us. 💦

This was a beautiful event to birth… and the integration and community afterwards has been so supportive. Friendships were made, realizations were had, invitations to soften, to allow, to honor were given. The seeds to choose what aligns were planted. 🌱🧚🏼

Next year I am honored to welcome my sisters back for Solar & Sovereign 🌞 a dive into our solar plexus chakra. I’ll share a link shortly to get insight on the date that works best for those in the community, and if you’ve been looking for sisterhood or to honor your confidence and expression, I’d love to have you. 🍊

Thank you thank you to the women who trusted me to hold them for the weekend and provide for them, I am forever grateful for the kindness, creativity, appreciation, and divinity that each and every woman brought. 🌺🪷

A little BTS as a private chef 👩‍🍳

This retreat was such a blessing to be a part of - from the community of women, to the house we stayed in, to the knowledge we gained!! Chefs kiss (literally lol) 🤌🏼

Focusing on the sacral chakra, we learned about creativity, play, and sensuality, which resonates deeply with my passions as a health coach. Being able to marry that with my passion for cooking left me feeling deeply fulfilled.

I came home inspired, energized, and full of love. That’s how you know you are doing the right thing! 🫶🏼

🌀 Happy Earth Day 🌀 From each of Us, to each of Us, may we all connect as One 🌀

Being in nature is a beautiful way to spend the day AND so is caring for it… here’s some tiny and accessible things to do today:

🌱 Pick up some litter
🌱 Throw out negative energy as you throw away trash
🌱 If you collect it, pour your leaf litter in the woods, don’t leave it for the trash service
🌱 Start a small compost - a literal pile of your apple cores feeds the earth
🌱 Sing to some plants
🌱 Post something you were going to throw away to your local buy-nothing group instead
🌱 Let your lawn grow a bit more if you can(;
🌱 Save a bug from the street!

Prana, breath, life force…

Slips to the back of our mind while we’re working, stressing, cleaning, chatting, often. The more we practice, the more we remember - to come home to our breath.

Inhale, deep, expanding breath. Extend down into the pelvic floor, expand out into the space surrounding you, for the count of 4.

Exhale, slowly slowly and fully. As your air leaves, your belly comes in, sending your diaphragm up to push the air out. No flexing, no sucking in, no tensing. For the count of 6-8.

Each breath brings you closer to your body, to your home.

In preparing a living space, forging trails, and clearing debris, there have been many twigs, branches, and old stumps given to the fire 🔥

With each gift to the fire, I say a prayer, thanking the tree / plant / life for all that it was and still is.

We cut down minimal trees, all of which were rotting or not thriving. We ask permission, share our want for its use, and promise to protect the others around it. ❤️‍🔥
