By day, I work in tech — building products, analyzing data, overhauling processes, and creating go-to-market strategies that drive real revenue.

I’ve developed a deep love for using data to make smart, strategic decisions. For turning chaos into clarity. For finding the levers that move organizations forward.

By night, I’m making dinner, helping with homework, and chauffeuring kids to practices and rehearsals. And in the margins of it all, I make time for harp.

Harp has always been part of my identity — but the traditional paths never quite fit the life I envisioned. I explored orchestras. I explored gigs. I explored competition.

I grew up believing that to be a successful musician meant competing against your peers — that when someone else won the spot, it meant you lost.

I don’t believe that anymore.
A win for you is a win for me.

Every new booking, every performance, every moment of exposure grows the harp community. And when the community grows, so do the opportunities for all of us.

So I’m here to build — not compete.
To be the voice reminding you to raise your rates.
To refine your craft.
To think strategically about your growth.
To connect you with other harpists doing the same.
Through workshops, shared research, and honest conversations about business and artistry, my goal is simple:
A rising tide lifts all boats.
And I’m cheering for yours.

This is exactly how I feel. 🤍 The idea that when one harpist wins, we all win, that really matters. And I love discovering we have more in common than just the harp. A tech career by day, music by heart… two parallel paths that actually make us stronger artists and stronger leaders in this space. There’s room for all of us. And the more we collaborate, share, and lift each other up, the bigger the harp world becomes. 🪉🌸

I love this!!! It’s so important to remember that other peoples wins doesn’t always mean your loss, it’s a chance to celebrate someone else and a chance to learn more!! 👏 so inspiring!!!
