Foodie Friday with Fr. Albin is back and this one is extra cool!
This month we’re spotlighting Prep alumnus Brandon Elwood ’03, who’s helping deliver sweet treats all across the region.
After a behind-the-scenes tour of the ice cream freezer (it was -20 in there!), Fr. Albin heads to Bluejays Ice Cream & Candy, where you can find Prime Time Ice Cream stocking the freezers.
Brandon shared that much of his success traces back to his time at Prep: to teachers who believed in him and a community that encouraged him to chase big goals. It’s a full-circle moment to see that same spirit carried into his work today.
