Chilly half Marathon ✅. I used to do this every year but last one was March 2020 a week or so before the world closed down! So it was due ! I think this was the coldest edition of this I have done -8c (real feel -15) and it had snowed overnight 🥶. But the sun shone today which always makes everything 💯 better . Met up with @seanmlangley and @healtoronto pre run 🏃‍♀️, hadn’t seen them since September 😱 as I mentioned it was cold and the wind cut through you , a new experience as a result was the water in the cups were frozen , you had to crack the cup to break the ice and then the water went all over your face when you drank 😂. 4000 brave souls took part today and it was a fun experience as usual , roll on 2027! @kcarlin123 you were missed but as you ran Tokyo today, we will give you a pass 😜
