AUTHENTIC MUTTON ROGANJOSH The art of authentic Kashmiri Wazwan! ❤️ Mutton Rogan Josh, prepared the traditional Waza way. NOTE: Two essential ingredients used in many Wazwan dishes are Mirchi ka Paani and Shallot Paste. These bring depth, colour, and flavour to traditional Kashmiri cuisine. Ingredients: - 2 kg mutton, medium-sized pieces - 2 litres mutton stock (to be reduced during cooking) - 1 cup chilli water (Mirchi ka Paani), approximately - ½ cup shallot paste - 6–8 green cardamom pods - 4–5 cloves - 2 tablespoons turmeric powder, approximately - 1 cup ghee Method: 1. Boil the mutton, remove the scum, and strain. Reserve the stock and wash the mutton thoroughly. 2. Add the mutton and stock to a large pot. 3. Add green cardamom, cloves, and turmeric. Boil until the raw smell of turmeric disappears. 4. Add the shallot paste, chilli water, and ghee. 5. Cover and cook until the mutton is completely tender and the stock reduces to a thick gravy. Your traditional Kashmiri Wazwan-style Mutton Rogan Josh is ready! #KashmiriWazwan #MuttonRoganJosh #KashmiriCuisine #TraditionalKashmiriFood #MasterChefIndia Have you ever tried authentic Kashmiri Wazwan Rogan Josh? 😍

Still wondering how @joshgiddey made this INSANE pass last night! 😮
I think I found the kind of Vegas stay that makes you forget you ever had plans to leave the hotel. ✨🥂 Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a true luxury escape—and a MICHELIN Key hotel, recognized for its exceptional hospitality and unforgettable stay experience. From the stunning architecture and gorgeous interiors to the incredible views, thoughtful service, and glamorous atmosphere, every detail feels designed to make your stay feel special. And the best part? The hotel itself is basically a destination. 🍽️ From the refined flavors at Chyna Club, the elegant atmosphere at La Fontaine, to the Italian comfort and energy of Mother Wolf, there are so many ways to turn dinner into an experience. Veuve Sun Club was another highlight for me. ☀️🥂 Sunshine, champagne, beautiful surroundings, and that unmistakable vacation feeling—even if you’ve only been in Vegas for a day. And when it’s time to slow things down, Lapis Spa is the perfect spot for a wellness reset, while IGK Salon is there to get you feeling fresh and ready for another night out. What I love most is how easily you can create your own Vegas day here: sleep in, enjoy the views, have a beautiful meal, sip champagne in the sun, get pampered, dress up, and head back into the city whenever you’re ready. It’s luxurious without feeling like you have to rush through it—and honestly, that’s my favorite way to do Vegas. ✨ Come for the luxury stay, stay for the food, spa, sunshine, and all the little moments that make you feel like you’re living your best Vegas life. 🥂🏙️ @fontainebleaulasvegas 📍2777 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 🥢🍴 Chyna Club La Fontaine Mother Wolf Las Vegas 💈 IGK LAS VEGAS 🍸 Collins 🏊 Veuve Sun Club 💆 Lapis Spa & Wellness #fontainebleaulasvegas #travelblogger #sarahsy_lifestyle #fashionblogger #luxurystay
