All our coffees in Eleven are fruity—and that’s a good thing. Coffee is a seasonal produce that is affected by the soil, sunlight, altitude, picking, processing, and drying. Even the varietal matters (think fuji apple vs red delicious) and plays a huge impact in the flavour profile. So the tasting notes on the bag are not random or guesses, they’re the result of a collaboration between humans and nature. Proper roasting and precise brewing bring out a complex, vibrant, and delicious coffee that will make you say, “hey, that tastes like…”
