What is Eleven you may be wondering? We made this space to be a celebration of specialty coffee. We aren’t open everyday, (please be patient with us 🙏) but please check our schedule to find out our openings. It’s been a while, but we’re excited to host you guys again! We have just come back from the World Brewers Cup, and brought home lots of great coffees from some of the best roasters in Europe. This coming Saturday, the focus will be more on filter coffee, as well as some tasty espresso courses. We also decided to limit the slots per hour, to create a more intimate experience for everyone. COFFEE NOTES - ETHIOPIA MEWA WASHED

One of our favourite offerings in our current menu is this Mewa from Ethiopia. We really like washed Ethiopian coffee because they are vibrant, juicy, and comfortable to drink. An everyday cup that lifts your spirit. The two interesting things about this coffee is that the varietal is a local landrace growing in Helena Forest, and that the price to quality ratio is very good. A distinctive citrus like clementine, with an aftertaste similar to black assam milk tea.

Today, we brewed it using a CT-62, to highlight the juicy and vibrant qualities. It was so easy to drink, mouthwatering, with fresh fruit sweetness.

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT’S BEEN ONE YEAR?

We opened Eleven Coffee last year for our first ever omakase session. Today, Eleven has evolved into a home for the regulars, a safe space to delve deeper into specialty coffee, and a playground for discovery. We’re so grateful for all the people who have come by and helped shape what Eleven is today.
