✨Slow Me Down
I’m so excited to debut my newest piece, “Slow Me Down” at @avadanceco Showcase on Saturday, March 7. “Slow Me Down” lives in the tension between urgency and rest. It’s about the constant grind of life, and the conscious unlearning it takes to reclaim our time and energy. This piece is really personal to me and I couldn’t be more grateful to the incredible Series 5 dancers for bringing the vision and story to life. What an honor to work with such talented and dedicated dancers.
I’ve had the privilege of choreographing for every AVA Showcase and every year, I try to challenge myself by bringing something new and fresh. Thank you to @leahalexis233 for believing in me and for giving me the opportunity to share my heart through my choreography!
