It’s funny how inspiration isn’t something we can actively seek, sometimes it finds us. If we are lucky we are paying attention. I heard the most inspiring words from a colleague that said, “when you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life”. For everyone that knows me, I’m competitive. Failure is not (and never will be) an option. I implore you to go follow what makes you happy and pursue it until you achieve it. People will talk about you, don’t let the negative comments phase you, instead let them fuel you. Negative comments don’t come from leaders but rather people that wish they had your drive, motivation and desire. That’s ok. Give your all even when people don’t see your sacrifice. Work harder when no one notices. I want to share my motto. Wake up and teach someone your craft, your passion or your skill. If you’re capable of reaching just one person a month that’s 12 a year. If they do the same it’s 144. Let’s make a wave not a ripple. Be you. Let’s win.
