There’s no debate, this guy should face the repercussions for his actions. I’m sure he should be knowing the consequences before attempting this. Other countries are afraid of Indians as they might turn their country as India. I’ve a huge respect for my country but not for many Indians, because, here people don’t have civic sense and common sense.
