Student Chapter Shoutout!
Here's a little look into one of the opportunities TAMU's chapter provides its student body with! What a creative way to relax and simultaneously incorporate our mission statements!
TAMU AEI hosted a Gingerbread Building Contest on finals week of the Fall semester to give students a space for creativity, problem solving and collaboration. It was great to see teamwork show itself in fun creations, fueled by friendly competition. And, while it was social, students were able to draw on their design and structural courses to make interesting designs. The turnout was high, the students had fun and we ran out of gingerbread cookies.
