Rewind ⏮️

Shout out our 80’s babies, with Gen Z being introduced to the Predator film franchise as a whole with the new Predator: Badlands movie dropping just a few months ago⏮️

Let’s rewind to 2015, when Mortal Kombat X was still fresh, with the First Kombat (DLC) pack being dropped in the next following months in which we’d be getting Jason Voorhees from the Friday The 13th Films first, then Predator dropping a little bit after. 🔥

The Mortal Kombat franchise has always been Horror-adjacent for a fighting game, so Horror icons are a natural fit for the roster🩸 People growing up around this time got to experience Jason Voorhees, Leatherface (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre), Predator and even Alien from the Alien film franchise in a fighting game, which was the coolest thing for film fanatics, gamers, and horror fans alike. 💯

For the first time you could pit Predator VS Alien and players could emulate the Alien VS Predator movies from just playing this game🎬 We’re saving Alien’s appearance for a next post though. 📼

Shout out to @nohearthazzy for the Scorpion gameplay🎮
