We can’t believe it’s been six months since Camille Dungy visited the city for Rochester Reads, when her memoir Soil: The Story of a Black Mother’s Garden was our 2025 selection.
Dungy is back with a new book, her fifth collection of poems, AMERICA, A LOVE STORY, and we’re hosting a virtual reading to celebrate.
Dungy will be in conversation with @jennifergrotz on Wednesday March 25th at 7pm ET. You can join us from anywhere, and at any price point. Help us give this new book that Yusuf Komunyakaa calls “Earthly and visionary”. Get the zoom link by registering at the link in our bio.
Thanks to everyone who helped make Camille’s visit to Rochester special!
