Georgia Donati Clarke - Female Parkour Coaching

A very unusual workshop yesterday, as I got them take part in the Yard Takeover (a community-run competition by @sundaysupaxxl).

The competition format: You have to submit completed challenges online to be approved —> person with the most points wins.

So I got them to complete challenges with a bit of time pressure. Less talking, more getting things done even if they are a bit messy and not perfect yet.

It felt like the ladies were just exploring what they can do without coaching.

I noticed a lot less overthinking or hesitation which is very cool.

They all genuinely progressed and committed to things quicker.

I’m loving these monthly meet-ups. We also always have a coffee and catch up before or after class.
