Its hard to have any time to breath! Everything is always open go here go there work everyday kids have more practices than ever before for any type of activity. Nothing stops ever at least back in the day you could count on things slowing down on the weekend or in the evening!

2026 @nycmarathon done!! ✅ Once again marathon weekend in NYC brought the world together to celebrate running and it was truly special. The weather and energy of the city could not have been better. Some thoughts and shoutouts: • Huge congrats and thank you to @nyrr for another incredible marathon experience 🙏 • Big thank you to my @onepeloton team and community for the opportunity to race together. Thank you for all the cheers and support and congrats to all our finishers including my amazing teammates ❤️ • Thank you @zappos and @teamwilpers including our coach @jharriscoaching for guidance and support along the way. What an amazing experience from start to finish and big congrats to all our finishers out there! • Big congrats and thank you to my pacing buddy on race day, @finn_lynch . I thought I could hang till the finishline, but you had more gas in the tank than I did at mile 21. Happy you hit the mark and that I was able to keep “the wheels on the bus” to the finish line 😂. Class is in session for A History of Design. Lesson two: the Georgians 🏛️ Strap yourselves into your corsets, because we’re heading back to 1714–1830 to explore the era of symmetry, proportion, sash windows and fireplaces that refuse to be overlooked. From grand Georgian architecture and floor-to-ceiling panelling to the early influence of Thomas Chippendale, dado rails (which, FYI, had rather practical origins) and those deliciously moody historic paint colours. All of which goes some way to explaining why Georgian interiors feel so effortlessly right. And yes, this is a LONG one. We’re going long-form, baby. Ever heard of it?! 😜 I jest, but I do worry about what all these short and snappy reels are doing to our attention spans, so here’s a healthy 2 minutes and 30 seconds of interior design nerdiness.
