Last night, I stood in the centre of an empty theatre… and it wasn’t empty at all.

It was full of every prayer I whispered.
Every “what if” I was too afraid to say out loud.
Every version of me that refused to give up.

And then… you came.
You laughed. You felt it. You saw us.

What started as an idea became a room full of people calling it Black excellence.
A story found its voice.
And somehow, that voice filled a theatre.

I twirled in that space before the doors opened because I knew—
this is what dreams look like just before they meet reality.

To my cast. My crew. My people — you didn’t just show up, you built this with me. I carry you in every step forward.

And now the conversation has begun.

More nights.
New rooms.
A growing audience.

This isn’t just a moment.
This is the start of something that will be seen, heard, and remembered.
