As Hong Kong prepares to welcome the debut of the first Edible Art Fair (@edibleartfair), presented by Central Yards (@centralyards), Prestige offers a first taste ahead of the public opening from March 26 to April 5, 2026.
Bringing together 10 galleries, the fair explores major art movements through both contemporary artworks and edible interpretations inspired by Impressionism, Surrealism, Modernism and Neo-Pop, where flavour, texture and imagination become part of the language of display.
This is not a wander through white cubes, but a stroll through sensory narratives, where art slips off the wall and turn edible, bite by bite.
