The designer’s first global flagship under his own name, @kimjonesstudio opens at Central Yards in 2027. As one of five signature duplex concept maisons overlooking Victoria Harbour, the label’s first address spans approximately 4,000 square feet across two levels.

Kim Jones OBE @mrkimjones does more than design; he shapes culture. He bridges worlds—street culture and high fashion, heritage and innovation—and that vision now has a home at Central Yards. His arrival is a vote of confidence in Hong Kong’s standing as a global creative capital.

Bridge Concepts. Connecting Hong Kong with the World.

It’s not a bridge in Central. It’s Central Yards built as a bridge.

At 400 metres long, Central Yards is longer than the Eiffel Tower laid flat, and almost as long as Two IFC laid across Central.

Not built higher. Built across. A Groundscraper reinventing Central.

Reinventing Central

Central Yards has been awarded Gold in the Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards 2026, Mixed-use Architecture (Under Construction).

This global recognition celebrates an iconic groundscraper spanning approximately 400 metres along Victoria Harbour, forming Central’s longest architecture and a new horizontal skyline.

At the heart of the masterplan is “The Bridge”: a unifying spine that connects neighborhoods with the harbourfront, fostering multidimensional connections that weave together nature, culture and joy for all to experience.

The harbour, the city, the horizon — connected as one.

A small pause in the middle of the city

We’ve teamed up with Little Cove Espresso to transform the Central Yards temporary footbridge into a spot to slow down—where the daily transit turns into a chance to gather, linger, and enjoy the moment.

Designed by London’s AL_A and Hong Kong’s Hayley Lee, the kiosk features a sculptural ceiling, sweeping curves, and monumental oculus, the kiosk feels light-filled and airy. A mirror polished stainless steel counter anchors the space, creating a refined, minimalist atmosphere that blends futuristic form with natural texture.

With new artistic elements alongside the coffee kiosk, the space is bringing fresh energy and colour to the Central Harbourfront—an evolving canvas of community and creativity.

Every cup is crafted with care—and every sip gives back, with net proceeds supporting @savethechildrenhk

Come by, take a pause, and sip with purpose.
