Blood Angels Ancient in Terminator armour.
Seems like I timed it well getting the current Terminator project finished with the new edition Blood Angels hype!
This model has been my favourite one I’ve worked on in this current batch. As you can see the banner is from the 2nd company, and I tried to copy it as closely as I could to the original art.
The main body is from the Terminator Captain kit, and the head from the Sanguinary Guard set, along with plenty of extra Blood Angels bits from @dragoon__gaming .
As with all my Blood Angels I’ve stuck with the 2nd Warhammer 40000 colour style, which I love.
Dead Ork skull on the base (again very fitting for the moment), and roped off with a selection of green tufts from @siegescenics .
A fully enjoyable model to build and paint!

I had no idea the title of "Ancient" was used by multiple chapters. Guess it was the Ultramarine character from decades ago that had me thinking it was an ultramarine thing. He looks damn good. Terminators standing tall with a huge army banner always look great to me.
