Is WORK the only place you go?

Something @natepreator has taught me is not to wait for the right time to LIVE — but to create opportunities NOW to live.

Don’t be afraid to spend money on travel, FISHING, or the things that fill your soul. Be afraid of getting old and realizing the only place you ever went was work.

Life isn’t meant to be saved for later. Book the trip. Chase that fish. Watch the sunset instead of the clock.

Someday never comes if you keep waiting for it — so make it today. 🎣🌎 #flyfishinglife #flyfishinglife #couplegoals #flyhousefishing #livenow

You cannot want the fruit of your husband’s ambition while resenting the discipline, time, and sacrifice it takes for him to produce it...

One of the things I’ve come to appreciate most about marriage is that my husband’s success isn’t something I simply get to benefit from. It’s something I get to help cultivate.

When I take care of our children, manage our home, create an atmosphere of peace, and make his life a little easier, I’m not just checking things off a list. I’m freeing up his capacity to do things that benefit our entire family.

I don’t see his ambition as competition for his attention or his hard work as a rejection of me. I see an opportunity to come alongside him and help carry the responsibilities that make the vision possible.

Of course, our marriage and family still need his time and attention. But I’ve learned that not every season of marriage will look the same, and I don’t have to interpret every busy season as a lack of love.

I don’t just want to enjoy the fruit of the man I’m married to, I want to be the kind of wife who helps him as he builds it!! 🫶🏼🙏🏼🔥❤️

Life is a dream—and your perspective helps shape the way you live it. ✨

Two people can look at the same closed door. One sees rejection. The other sees an invitation to finally choose a different path.

What are you telling yourself about the door in front of you?

Mercury in Scorpio quincunx Saturn in Aries symbolizes that uncomfortable tension between wanting to move forward and questioning every step. Your mind digs deeper, looking for answers, while fear whispers, “What if I fail? What if it’s too late? What if nothing changes?”

Repeat those thoughts enough, and a temporary obstacle starts feeling like a permanent reality.

But feeling stuck doesn’t mean you have no choices.

Yes, some circumstances are hard. Some delays are real. You can acknowledge what hurts and still question the story that says you are powerless.

As Pluto stations direct in Aquarius, let it symbolize a turning point: reclaiming the energy you’ve spent trying to control the outcome and putting it toward your next move.

Make the call. Set the boundary. Put your idea out into the world. Take one honest step toward the life you keep imagining.

Your power grows when you use it.

You don’t need every answer before you begin. You need a willingness to stop letting yesterday’s disappointment make every decision for tomorrow.

If life is a dream, pay attention to the story you keep rehearsing. Give yourself a future worth waking up for and start participating in creating it. 🔥

Triple Chocolate Baked Cheesecake | @britishbakeoff signature challenge week 3!!

This might be my first ever baked cheesecake but it sure as heck won’t be my last!! And where better to draw inspiration for this signature bake from than the opening credits of the show itself 🎂

Such an easy bake, again based on @nigellalawson ‘s recipe, I’ve given this a bourbon biscuit base, a dark chocolate cheesecake centre and a milk chocolate ganache, bejewelled with fresh raspberries covering the top (almost😉)

Comment CHEESECAKE for the full recipe 💌
