𝗠𝟱𝟳 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿! 😈

This E90 (pre-LCI) 330D came to us for a custom remap following some modifications which included:
- Free-flowing exhaust including downpipe
- Upgraded FMIC
- The usual deletes

After the usual health checks and intial runs to confirm stock power I started by working on a calibration for the ZF 6-speed auto gearbox. This includes quicker shift times, optimised shift points, raised torque limiters and an improved strategy for dealing with the extra torque. And as always I added the gear display in drive mode (stock gearboxes just say “D” when in drive, this now says “D1, D2” etc.)

After the gearbox was tuned I moved onto the engine calibration - focusing on improving the general day-to-day driveability of the vehicle alongisde the full throttle power! Multiple revisions later the boost control was spot on and the fuelling was just right for a smoke-free powerful daily driver!

That’s gains of 𝟲𝟵𝗯𝗵𝗽 and 𝟭𝟰𝟱𝗻𝗺 from the stock figures with just a few bolt-on modifications!

Sometimes, you disappear for a while, not because you want attention, but because you want to know if anyone will notice.

You stop texting first. You stop checking on people. You stop being the one who always tries to keep the conversation alive. And slowly, you realize that some connections only existed because you were the one holding them together.

The hardest part isn't being alone. It's realizing how many people made you feel alone even when you were there for them.

Maybe they never hated you. Maybe they never meant to hurt you. Maybe you just mattered less to them than they mattered to you.

And that's a painful thing to accept.

But please remember, your worth isn't measured by who notices your absence. You don't have to keep proving that you deserve a place in someone's life. The right people won't make you feel like your presence is something they can take for granted.

Sometimes, stepping back doesn't make people come closer. It simply shows you who was willing to stay.

Being a woman on social media is a funny place.

Someone will make a comment about your body, but the moment you speak up about it, suddenly you’re too sensitive.

You’re told you shouldn’t read the comments, that you should just ignore them, or even worse, that it’s your fault because of the clothes you’re wearing.

But the reality is, it isn’t the woman’s fault.

Day in, day out, I get comments about my body.

I block, I delete, I ignore. But somehow, they always come back, like mould in an old house.

I share my travels. I share the people I meet, the cultures I experience and the incredible places I get to visit.

Yet somehow, for some people, the only thing worth commenting on is the size of my chest.

And it’s exhausting.

For years, I would wear clothes to hide my body. I’d cover myself up because I didn’t want that kind of attention.

But even then, people would still find a way to sexualise me.

I’ve travelled to countries where I’ve dressed more conservatively, both out of respect for the local culture and because that’s what I feel comfortable wearing.

But it doesn’t seem to matter what I wear. Someone will always find something to say.

And I think that’s what frustrates me the most.

Because why should I have to change the way I dress, the way I present myself, or even the content I create, just because someone else can’t look at a woman without sexualising her?
