first day back in the ring after being crutch bound for 3 weeks (again ik🥲) BUT, things are coming along very smoothly and so much better than i had anticipated going into it. it's definitely aggravating still having limitations and having to take things slow. however, i am overly glad my body is healing as well as it is in such a short period of time allowing me to come back and start my outdoor season. we're shaking the rust off and letting things flow!! i'm very hopeful heading into these next few weeks of recovery and i'm itching to see how we translate all this work into comp.
