A Fulton County judge has ruled that Johnathan Hamby, 54, is not competent to stand trial in connection with the fatal stabbing of 29 y/o Ramon “Rah” Harris that occurred on the Beltline back in August. According to Fulton County Superior Court records, a judge ruled on Oct. 13 that Hamby is not competent to stand trial and he will now be moved to the court’s competency docket. Hamby is scheduled to appear in court for a pre-indictment preliminary hearing on Dec. 17, 2026, followed by a status conference on Feb. 11, 2027. He is also seeking new legal counsel. As of Wednesday, Hamby remains in custody at the Fulton County Jail. Following his arrest, Hamby’s family released a statement saying he has a long history of severe mental illness and active psychosis. Hamby has been previously arrested 30+ times.
2 years later and im still missing you more and more everyday beautiful. whenever I think about how much I wish you were here, I see a beautiful sunset, strong gust of wind, or just feel your presence somehow and i’m reminded you’re always with me and have the very best seat in the house angel. Di tengah tekanan tajam Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) Wakil Ketua DPR RI Sufmi Dasco Ahmad bersama CEO Danantara Indonesia hingga Kapolri menyambangi Gedung Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Jakarta, Jumat (16/10/2026). Bagaimana nih menurut Sobat Bisnis? Penulis Artikel: Dionisio Damara Tonce Produser Video: Fahri N.
