After what seemed like an impossibly long and very exciting/exhausting winter, it’s nice to have a restful reset of spring. I think we all went through a lot these past couple of months. I’ve learned in this stage of my life that my instrument needs more rest and loving maintenance than it ever has. I’ve been trying to slowly transition into new healthy habits including moving my body with intention, following my bliss, protecting my peace mentally and emotionally, and honoring my instrument by taking time to rest it when needed. I feel like I’m in the last stages of a cocoon and am getting ready for something beautiful and new. I hope to see you out there this coming April! I love you!
