Another spring Sunday, another gravy dinner 🤎
I know it’s “just” sausages and mash… but this gravy has completely changed the game for me.
We tried it after seeing @notorious_foodie make something similar and it’s liquid gold. Genuinely don’t think I can go back to a normal gravy now… it’s ruined me a bit 😂😂
It’s packed with red & white onions, bacon lardons, balsamic, sherry vinegar, a good glug of red wine, garlic, butter, rosemary & thyme, all cooked down until it’s rich and glossy and honestly just unreal.
The chipolates are our 2nd faves from @priorsofwestlynn…sadly they were sold out of their cracked black pepper sausages, but these ones worked just as well 😍.
Such a simple dinner, but one I’ll always come back to.
