crop circles EP is out on bandcamp today!

after experimenting with outdoor recording for my first EP Garden Shed, I wanted to make a project that was recorded entirely live and involved my band. it was definitely an ambitious one, working with an unpredictable campfire, smokey surroundings and playing together with no click track, but I’m really proud of what we made together, mistakes and all

huge shoutout to Josh Harrison for helping arrange these songs, for engineering the session and producing the EP - thanks for always being up for recording with me anywhere but a studio!

thank you to everyone involved in crop circles —

my band Sam, James, Molly, Felicity and Josh for performing on the EP and putting your own spin on each track, I love playing with you guys

Ben at Future Roots for letting us record at the plot, and for saving the day with the power bank (hero)

Three Bro Media for recording the session, and to Jed for capturing bts photos and videos on the day

Ciara for press shots and driving around the midlands aimlessly with me to find fields of (dead) crops

Esmé for creating the gorgeous EP artwork

Les for assisting with this release and so much more
