Do you really need to learn Spanish to live in Mexico? The answer seems obvious, but we get asked this question a lot!

In this video we’re talking about learning Spanish and Desirée’s experience with @btgspanish where she partnered with them to try out their services for 3 months!

Comment ‘LOWER’ for my lower body workout guide! 👇 Ladies, the treadmill is not going to give you toned thighs Cardio burns calories but it does nothing to define and shape your legs Here’s what actually works: 🦵 Heel-elevated goblet squats to target the front of your thighs and lean them out 🦵 Dumbbell step-ups to work your quads and glutes at the same time 🦵 Bulgarian split squats to define your entire thigh from top to bottom Two to three times a week with the right nutrition and your legs will look completely different in a matter of weeks. More muscle = faster metabolism. Which means you’ll burn more fat even when you’re resting. Comment ‘LOWER’ and I’ll send you a workout you can start today 🔥
