HYROX Single Pro Hamburg - 5th Overall | 3rd Age Group 🥉
My first Single Race in almost 4.5 months finishing just 16 seconds off my PB. Sounds like a pretty solid result, right? But honestly, I’m far from happy with today’s race 😭

Looking back, I feel like there was so much more in the tank. I probably went out a little too fast, and after the Sled Push, things got really tough. From that point on, it became a huge mental battle. I was constantly thinking about dropping out and spent most of the race fighting just to keep going.

What frustrates me most is that although I was (almost) at my limit for a long time, I don’t feel like I pushed beyond it when it really mattered. Mentally, I feel like I gave up a little too early and accepted the result instead of fighting for everything I had left.
Still, I’m proud that I didn’t drop out of the race and kept going until the finish line.

Big thanks to everyone who came out to support! And huge congrats to @nikolausiii and @tanja.sck for absolutely smashing their races! 🔥

I realized once again that single racing is completely different compared to Doubles - both in training and on race day. Even though I enjoy Doubles more, I’m definitely not done with Singles yet💪🏼 Next one will be in Düsseldorf in 2 weeks.

Now looking forward to the two Doubles races still coming up this weekend! ❤️‍🔥

WE’VE LAUNCHED OUR PERFUME COLLECTION ❤️

I know how long you’ve been asking for this, and finally - I’m so proud to introduce our new collection!

Six unique, complex fragrances, each one created to make you feel something different. I absolutely love traveling, and many of these scents were inspired by my own trips 🤌🏻

• Italy - sunny and warm, just like the streets of Italy: a soft, sweet scent of candied fruits, vanilla, and berries ☀️
• L.A. - a warm, rich blend of sweet praline, cinnamon, woods, and tart accords 🥃
• Singapore - a sophisticated, complex woody fragrance built around oud, sandalwood, and nutmeg, paired with my favorite saffron note 🍂
• Pink Sand - a soft, sweet fragrance with gooey caramel and delicate vanilla, balanced with pink salt and red pepper 🍨
• Posh - vibrant, bold, and effortlessly chic, with juicy green apple, tart accords, leather, and saffron - such a fashion-forward combination ✨
• Insania - a seductive, slightly sweet blend of ripe plum, vibrant saffron, soft vanilla notes, and coffee 🔥

All six fragrances are now available on our website - follow the link in my bio and find your new signature scent! ❤️

“The way he speaks life into me”

Sometimes leadership is found in the smallest moments. The words of encouragement, the belief he has in our girls, and the way he reminds them of who they are and what they’re capable of. That’s the kind of impact that goes beyond the game.
