Still taking in what this weekend meant.

Being at the Black Beauty STEMinist Summit at @spelman_college felt like standing in the future of beauty and science at the same time. Rooms filled with intention, energy, and women who are not just learning the industry but preparing to shape it.

Co-hosting the Mixing Creams Mix Masters workshop was one of those moments for me. Watching participants move from concept to creation, asking the right questions, thinking like formulators in real time, that is the work. That is how this industry grows.

I was especially proud to see @bwiccinc on display and connect with so many women who are looking for community, guidance, and space to belong in cosmetic chemistry. That part never gets old.

Thank you to @leytewinfield and the entire BBS Spelman team for building something this intentional. You are not just creating programs, you are building pathways.

This is what it looks like when science, culture, and community move together.
