🐝 Be Fruitful and Multiply 🐝

I attended a service at Change Church DeKalb, led by Pastor Dharius Daniels, where he shared a powerful message about the deeper meaning of the biblical instruction to “be fruitful and multiply.” He reminded us that this calling goes far beyond bearing children—it speaks to the work we produce, the impact we make, and the legacy we leave in the world. Pastor Daniels explained that a tree doesn’t eat its own fruit; its purpose is to nourish others, just as our gifts and actions are meant to enrich the lives around us.

He also pointed to Jesus as the ultimate example of fruitfulness—someone whose life, teachings, and sacrifice continue to transform the world generations later. His works didn’t just bear fruit in His lifetime; they set a model of service, love, and purpose that still shapes communities today. The message encouraged me to reflect on how each of us can live in a way that produces lasting good and uplifts others.
