A great day on the platform for Katie Witte in her Senior Pan American Championship debut!
Katie (86kg) lifted 106 kg in the snatch and 133 kg in the clean & jerk for a 236 kg total. That’s six kilos over the USAW senior “B” standard in her first career senior international competition, and she was just three kilos shy of tying her lifetime personal records in both lifts.
The efforts saw Katie finish 4th in the snatch and third in the C&J and total 🥉🥉
