Comment “ROOT” if you want to learn more about how I approach supporting MCAS naturally. 🤍 Nowadays, so many people come to me dealing with MCAS or histamine-related symptoms. These are some of the tools that supported me the most when I was dealing with intense histamine and mast cell symptoms, like quercetin + luteolin, calming herbs, targeted gut support and nervous system work. But something I really want to emphasize: MCAS support often goes much deeper than just trying to lower histamine. For me, it became about looking at the bigger picture: • mineral status • nervous system regulation • gut + immune balance • liver and detoxification support • limbic system work • adequate nourishment and recovery The goal isn’t to spend your life avoiding more and more foods or chasing every flare. It’s to understand what may be keeping your system so reactive in the first place and support the body from multiple angles. If you’re dealing with MCAS, tired of constantly managing symptoms, and want to start looking at what may be driving that reactivity underneath it all, comment ROOT to join my free masterclass Nov 10th 🤍

Seems like the netizens have now found their latest muse in the form of the latest viral sensation – the 19-year-old Varanasi spiritual speaker Shri Swami Shashwat Acharya Ji Maharaj, who has now been dubbed the internet's ‘pookie baba’. He gained instant popularity online after clips of him narrating the Bhagavatha Katha began circulating widely across social media platforms. Beyond his spiritual discourses, his youthful charm, long curly hair, and clean-shaven appearance quickly triggered a flood of widespread online attention. Commenters have actively fixated on his look, inquisitively asking for his skincare routine while drawing uncanny comparisons to Stranger Things character Mike Wheeler!😍🔥
My Best Friend, My Brother. — These are just some of many pictures over the years. Celebrating a rare soul, a lifelong friendship, and his musical legacy that changed the world. I met Juan Atkins in 1982. Every time we ran into one another, he would ask me if I worked at a grocery store, beyond convinced he’d seen me there. To which I would always tell him, no man, everybody just look like me. That went on for about a year, until he finally stopped asking me and became curious about who I actually was. Looking back, it’s funny how something so simple led to one of the most meaningful friendships of my life. Our friendship was about so much more than just making music. He would come pick me up, just to hang out. Whether that was to go to parties or to simply play our music at Belle Isle. We traveled to New York and Miami for music conferences. We laughed together. We even cut each other’s hair. As time went on, I got to know the people closest to him. His grandmother, whom he idolized, his brothers, his sister, and his mother. They became like family to me, and my family became his. We were in our early 20s, navigating a new frontier with no blueprint. Those were some of the best times of my life: yes, we were having fun, but the friendship we were building was invaluable. I knew our friendship had reached another level when Juan started sharing his music with me and asking for my opinion. I felt honored. He trusted my ears, and I trusted his. We grew even closer, impassioned by our mutual love for music, learning, and creating. Eventually, it became simple: if you saw Juan, you saw Eddie. If you saw Eddie, you saw Juan. In 1985, he helped me put together my first studio, teaching me how to create my own music, how to manipulate sound through synthesizers and MIDIs. And by 1986, he released my first record, “Goodbye Kiss,” under his label, Metroplex. The international media may know the records and the parties, but they don’t know the everyday moments that made us brothers. And I like it that way. Some things belong only to the people who lived them. He wasn’t just my friend. He was my brother. And I am my brother’s keeper. Rest in Power, Juan 🖤
