It’s Pilates Day 🤍
Never imagined this practice would weave itself so deeply into my life… from earning my 500-hour comprehensive certification in 2018, to teaching, to stepping into the business side of things. From running two studios as a GM, to consulting, and now coaching other GMs on sales, ops, and marketing.
The real magic? The people. Every client, every teammate, every connection along the way. Pilates has been my constant through every move, helping me find my community wherever I land.
Today I’m celebrating the practice that truly is for everyone, the incredible people I’ve met, and all the opportunities it’s opened up.
