Honored to have represented Malta 🇲🇹 in the European Masters 10km in Catania 🇮🇹 in the M45 category.

⏱️ 35’09 (3’30/km)
14th M45/ 44th overall

Though the biggest surprise was running alongside Christiano Nemeth 🇧🇪 an exceptional athlete and friend who I had not seen in 20years! He won practically all races when he stayed in Malta 🇲🇹 between 2004-2007 and paced me on several occasions 🏃🏽‍♂️ Long live athletics and friendship!
