Honored to have been part of this classic race @memorial_peppegreco_ in its 33rd edition finally returning back to Scicli, running alongside world champions and elite athletes 🏃🏽‍♂️ Vibrant running atmosphere, stunning baroque setting and great support from the public!

A memorable educational and cultural experience in one of my favorite European cities, Budapest 💚 🇭🇺

It was refreshing to be back learning new teaching skills based on proven neuroscience knowledge and techniques 🧠 Looking forward to put this into practice in the coming academic years!

I feel lucky to have shared this experience with my talented colleagues and to have had an amazing dedicated trainer, Zsuza @converzum to deliver this 5 day @erasmusmobility teacher training course, supported by JC @ummalta international office.

Glad to have also had the chance to meet some dear friends living in this beautiful capital 🏃🏽‍♂️ 🏊‍♂️ 🍻

Viszlát hamarosan!

Imqaret ‘tal-Belt Valletta’, on trial in Italy!

Imqaret are traditional Maltese 🇲🇹 diamond-shaped pastries filled with a rich mixture of dates, citrus zest, and spices. Deep-fried until golden and crispy, they are incredibly popular as street food or at village festas, and are best served warm, often alongside a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Type imqaret in the comments if you want to try them in your city!

Though the biggest surprise was running alongside Christiano Nemeth 🇧🇪 an exceptional athlete and friend who I had not seen in 20years! He won practically all races when he stayed in Malta 🇲🇹 between 2004-2007 and paced me on several occasions 🏃🏽‍♂️ Long live athletics and friendship!
