When I photograph weddings, I try to see portrait time as an opportunity for your close friends or family to step away from the party and connect 🕊️🎞️ keeping everything relaxed, efficient and utilizing locations that mean something to you, keeps this time from feeling like “something you have to do” and pivots it toward something you want to do. It’s so natural to want heirloom posed portraits of your wedding day to capture your loved ones for generations to come. It’s common to have a list of combinations that you know you’d regret missing. But it’s also fair to hope you can just be present with the day and not get pulled away from the action, missing your cocktail hour to take pictures. I help my couples plan wisely so we can capture what we need without it draining you, and get you back to your party where the candid captures can start flowing. 🤍
