I don’t care how people try to soften it or excuse it. If she knew he had a wife and children and still entertained him, encouraged it, or welcomed it, she is not innocent. She is just as guilty in the betrayal and just as vile in the role she chose to play.

cinnamon roll banana bread 🤎✨

for those who have been asking, i have the osta app linked in my bio 🫶🏽 or you can search “osta recipes” directly in the app store/ google play store !! ✨

recipe:

ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup browned butter (113g)
½ cup brown sugar (100g)
¼ cup granulated sugar (50g)
1 large egg
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (60g)
1 tbsp vanilla paste (13g)
2 cups all-purpose flour (240g)
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1 tsp baking soda (5g)
½ tsp salt (3g)
2 tsp cinnamon (5g)

cinnamon filling

¼ cup softened butter (57g)
½ cup brown sugar, packed (100g)
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp all-purpose flour (8g)

cream cheese frosting

4 oz cream cheese, room temperature (113g)
2 tbsp butter, room temperature (28g)
powdered sugar, to taste
1 tsp vanilla paste
cinnamon, for topping

instructions

preheat oven to 375f and line a loaf pan with parchment.

whisk together the browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. add the mashed bananas, egg, greek yogurt, and vanilla and mix until smooth.

fold in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until just combined.

for the cinnamon filling, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour until a thick paste forms.

add a small amount of banana bread batter to the bottom of the loaf pan, then dollop some of the cinnamon filling around the batter. add more banana bread batter to fill in the gaps.

continue alternating banana bread batter and cinnamon filling until you run out, making sure the final layer is banana bread batter so the filling stays inside the loaf.

swirl the layers if you want ( i tried but idk it didn’t really do much lol )

bake for about 5 minutes then reduce the heat to 350f for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. let cool completely before frosting.

for the frosting, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy. add vanilla and powdered sugar to taste and whip until creamy and spreadable.

spread over the cooled banana bread and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
